Shipping Policy

We're dedicated to delivering your chosen products with love and care. Please review our shipping policy for clarity:

  • We trust DHL and FedEx for secure, timely deliveries.
  • After placing an order, we need 1 business day to process it.
  • Regular orders arrive in approximately 7-10 business days. Custom orders may take an extra 2 days due to payment and KYC procedures, your responsibility as a customer.
  • Orders over USD 100 enjoy free shipping, with us covering customs duties, taxes, or import fees. For exchanges or returns, you're responsible for these charges. 
  • Orders under USD 100 incur shipping and custom duty costs, which vary by country.

Here are some Important point you MUST READ:

  • If in any case the customer is liable to pay any hidden custom charges, please do not refuse the shipment. We assure you that the amount paid by you will be reimbursed in 2-5 working days after sharing the receipt with us on our MAIL ID.
  • If any shipment gets RTO (returned to origin) due to refusal from your end, the customer, we will deduct the RTO charges and then process refund to your source account. 
  • We can't be responsible for package theft post-delivery confirmation; it's not a valid refund reason.

While we strive for timely deliveries, during festivals, Sales, adverse weather conditions like rains, natural calamities or political crises and curfews, your shipment may take upto 20 days to deliver.
